Q
Does it work with most materials, aluminum, titanium and steel tubings with same resolution, 0.01mm? Can it be used on bent tubing to determine thinning during bending?Mohammad S. on Aug 28, 2017
A
Best answer Hello Mohammad, thank you for your question. Yes this ultrasonic thickness gauge will work with different type of metals. You would just need to change the velocity of the sound wave on the gauge to the respected metal you are measuring. Yes the gauge should be able to help you determine and thinning of the tube caused by bending or corrosion.

Q
Hi there! Just wondering how to get the screen to stop flashing LLL? ThanksCraig D. on Jul 28, 2016
A
Best answer Hello Craig, thank you for your question. According to the manufacturer, the unit is either low on battery or the test sample is too small. Please try to change out the batteries and/or add more of the test sample. I also have a copy of the owners manual that we can send you. Please email us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to forward that to you.
